Yes, all courses are online. All courses are self-paced with PDF course materials.
Add each course to the shopping cart and checkout to purchase. You can purchase courses individually or multiple at the same time. In the future we will offer PDU packages (10, 20, or 30 PDUs) for a discount.
Yes, a Certificate of Completion in PDF format will be automatically generated for each course after passing the exam.
To view the course material, take exams, or download certificates, use the My Account link at the top of any page. Once logged in, look for the My Courses link on the left. This will provide list of all courses you have purchased with that account. Click any course to view the course material, exam, and Certificate of Completion.
You have three years from the date of course purchase to take and pass the exam for a PDU certificate.

Courses can be taken without the exam for learning purposes. However, obtaining a certificate of completion that documents your earning of PDUs requires passing the exam.
You may retake the exam as many times as necessary to pass for a period of three years after the date of course purchase.
Exams contain multiple-choice questions with one possible correct answer. Some questions are true/false. Typically there are 5 questions per PDU credit.
A score of at least 70% is required to pass the exam. Exams are not timed. Exams can be retaken as many times as needed to pass. Correct answers are provided to aid in learning the material.
All courses that you have purchased can be accessed using the My Account link at the top of any page. Once logged in, select My Courses and you will see the list of courses. Click any course to access the course material, exam, and Certificate of Completion.

You may access a copy of your certificates anytime by clicking My Account at the top of any page on our website, then My Certificates, and then the course.
Upon checkout of a course, a user account is automatically created and you are kept logged-in. You need to have a user account and login to:

If you don’t know your password, click the Forgot Password link located on the My Account log-in page. A link to reset your password will be sent to your registered email account. It may be in your Spam folder. Click the Change Password link to create a new password.
If you no longer have access to your registered email address, please reach out via the Contact Us page with your old and new email addresses.
You will be emailed a receipt each time you make a purchase. Additionally, you can access and download a copy of your receipt anytime using the My Receipts link located on the My Account page.

Certificates can be re-created by clicking the links on the My Certificates page and your updated name will appear.
Course materials can be viewed on the website or downloaded as a PDF. Course certificate can be downloaded as a PDF. To view your certificate, you must have a PDF reader installed on your device or utilize a browser with a built-in PDF viewer. Adobe Reader and other viewers are available for free.
You are ultimately responsible for maintaining a record of your PDU activities and reporting them to PMI. Upon successfully completing a course, you should download the Certificate of Completion and save it for your records in the event that you are audited. For your convenience, we provide free access to additional copies of your certificate through the My Account page under My Certificates.
PDU Credits will not share your information to any other party without your consent, except, when making a purchase using your credit card, the information that you input is provided to our secure online payment processor.

PDU is a generic term that means “Professional Development Unit”. It represents 60 minutes of learning time. Typically, a PMP license requires 60 PDUs per 3-year renewal.
