This course covers Agile values, principles, frameworks, and roles as it applies to project management. Agile is compared and contrasted with traditional waterfall approaches. The relation between Agile and Lean Manufacturing is covered. DevSecOps practices are covered, which integrates security features early in the design for a the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Scrum processes are covered in detail, including example applications.
